The activities of Project Coast were treated as emblematic of the perversities of a former time - one that should never be repeated.Dis-eases of Secrecy investigates possibilities for understanding ourselves and the world through examining how Project Coast has been remembered and forgotten in African politics as well as in international diplomacy.
